Joseph Ovard
Managing Partner
Joseph Ovard is a co-founder and managing partner of Crystal River Capital Partners LLC, a real estate investment firm focusing on commercial multifamily and hospitality investment properties. Ever since he was young, Joseph has always had an insatiable interest in commercial real estate, and he later realized that investing in multi-family and hospitality real estate was the only way to go if you’re looking for great stable returns!
Joseph has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University – Idaho and has spent over a decade in the operations management field before making the transition full time to multi-family real estate. He has learned the ins and outs of multi-family acquisitions, asset management, networking, and the process of due diligence. He’s made some strong partnerships with other fast-moving, calculated, and successful real estate investment entrepreneurs.
Dallas Nield
Managing Partner
Dallas Nield is a co-founder and managing partner of Crystal River Capital Partners LLC where he oversees the firm’s acquisitions, capital expenditures, asset management, and investor returns. He brings almost a decade of success in capital raising for new construction multifamily, hospitality, and stabilized assets. His primary goal is to deliver preeminent results at a high level for his clientele.
Dallas spent the last five years of his career focusing on multi-family acquisitions applying BRRRR methodology, off-market SFH, HOA management, and property management. Prior to real estate, Dallas worked in global transportation operations and project management for an international fortune 500 retail enterprise. In his free time, Dallas volunteers with his church and participates in international mission trips. He enjoys exploring the world with his family and expanding his palette as a global foodie.
